Offline comparisons

In Offline mode, the comparison tool opens your selected files in your browser. It does not upload those images or create a server-stored comparison or share link. Leaving the page does not give you a saved public comparison to return to.

Public comparisons

Public mode uploads your images to the server and creates a shareable link. Public comparisons are not password protected. Anyone with a link can view the images, including people to whom someone else forwards it. Do not use Public mode for sensitive or confidential files.

Accounts

If you create an account, the site stores the account information needed for sign-in and associates your public uploads and favorites with your account. Signing in does not make a public comparison private.

Website services

The comparison home page includes Google Analytics and Google AdSense code and loads fonts from Google. Those services can receive request information such as your IP address, browser information and page address; cookies or similar technologies may also be used depending on the service and consent settings. Offline describes how the comparison tool handles your image files, not a network-free website.

Questions about a shared image

For questions about the site or a public comparison, use the contact options on the developer's website. Include the comparison URL if relevant. Do not send passwords or additional sensitive files.
